As pioneers of the 4Ws occupational health and hygiene strategy, now commonly used across our profession, Park’s approach creates a workplace free from health risk with workers fit for the work required and empowered to make healthy lifestyle choices. Now further developed for post a Covidworld with greater emphasis on mental health and mindfulness, we use the skills of occupational hygiene to place the principles of ill health prevention at the centre of the strategy. Make no mistake, we draw heavily on both the art and science of occupational hygiene to effect real change.

As you will find out, we are not a typical consultancy delivering services piecemeal, rather, we embed ourselves within organisations, working regularly and routinely to instil a culture and ethos that ultimately reduces harm and improves wellness across their company. Doing this requires a team approach so, you’ll be working closely with our clinicians, occupational health practitioners and other specialists (physiotherapists, psychologists, ergonomists etc). Furthermore, you’ll be using our numerous proprietary tools and techniques to ensure repeatability, consistency and performance improvement across all that we do.
