Crack down on health in Cardiff
The Dawnus Ferrovial JV partnered with Park to provide a holistic, fun and engaging health and wellbeing programme to workers in Cardiff Bay.
The programme consisted of targeted outreach campaigns each month with wellbeing health assessments. Health topics were aligned with specific workplace health risks, seasonal health risks, key public health issues and where possible scheduled to coincide with national and international health initiatives.
Moral of the Story – Top to toe health and wellbeing programmes can improve the physical and emotional health of your workers.
